In a world that is rapidly evolving, where the demands of the job market are constantly changing, it is crucial that we equip our young people with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of the professional landscape. Thank you to all of our Dell Technologies team members who volunteer their time with Junior Achievement Ireland. Lastly, we were joined by a number of 5th-class students from Scoil Niocláis Primary School Frankfield who absolutely stole the show with their presentation on the project work they completed with Junior Achievement. Thank you to the panellists, Gillian Bergin, Elysia Hegarty and Cliona O'Geran for your insightful contributions. We then heard from an expert panel from various organisations in Cork, moderated by Junior Achievement Ireland CEO Helen Raftery, on how they manage community involvement and employee engagement. It was a morning of collaboration, networking, and critical discussion with industry leaders surrounding the topic of "nurturing an environment in which business results are achieved AND people are fulfilled." I had the privilege of opening the event, followed by a fantastic overview of our Dell Technologies Cork Campus by Marguerite Coleman. Junior Achievement Ireland (JAI) has been instrumental in providing essential knowledge and skills to empower the next generation in their journey towards success and I am proud to say that Dell Technologies Ireland has been a proud founding partner of Junior Achievement Ireland since 1997. This morning, we at our Dell Technologies Cork Campus had the pleasure of hosting an industry breakfast briefing in collaboration with our fantastic education partner, Junior Achievement Ireland. #iwork4dell #opportunity #tech #inspiration #network #networksecurity #computing #womenintechnology Radia Perlman #science #engineering Radia is a true inspiration, and it was an honor to have the opportunity to hear her speak at our Dell Technologies Cork Campus. It was an extraordinary privilege to be joined yesterday at our Cork Campus by Radia Perlman for her Tech Ralk titled "Tackling the Identity Problem"
